Calendly Link: How to Find, Customize and Share Yours
Find your Calendly link, change it to something short, share it by text, email or QR code, and put it in your Instagram or TikTok bio so people can book.

A Calendly link is the web address of your Calendly booking page: anyone who opens it sees your open times and books one without an email back and forth. To get yours, go to Scheduling in Calendly, select the three dots in the top-right corner and choose Copy link. You can change the link to something shorter under Settings and My link, then share it anywhere, including your Instagram or TikTok bio.
Know which Calendly link you are sharing
Calendly gives you two kinds of links, and picking the right one saves your clients a step.
| Link | Where it goes | Use it when |
|---|---|---|
| Landing page link | A public page listing all your active event types | People need to choose, for example a consultation or a full session |
| Event type link | The booking page for one event type | There is only one thing to book, such as a 30 minute intro call |
| Single-use link | One event type, and it expires after it is booked | You are sending a one-off invite to one person |
If you are on the free plan, you only have one event type, so the landing page and the event link lead to much the same place. Once you have several services, the landing page link is the one for your bio, and event links are for specific emails and posts.
Copy your Calendly link in a few taps
The steps come straight from Calendly's help center.
Your landing page link (all event types):
- Go to Scheduling.
- Optional: use the My Calendly dropdown to switch to another user or team page.
- Select the three dots in the top-right corner.
- Choose Copy link.
This works the same way on desktop and in the Calendly mobile app.
One event type's link:
- Go to Scheduling.
- Hover over the event type you want to share.
- On the event type card, select Copy link.
The same card has three other options worth knowing:
- Offer time slots lets you pick specific times and share just those.
- Share availability emails your booking link straight from Calendly through Gmail or Outlook. This one needs a paid plan.
- Create single-use link makes a link that stops working once someone books it.
Customize your Calendly link before you share it
A short, recognizable link looks better in a bio and is easier to say out loud. Change it before you print or post it anywhere, because changing it later breaks the old one.
Change your main (landing page) link:
- Go to Settings, then My link.
- Type the new link.
- Click Save Changes.
Change the end of an event type link (the slug):
- Go to Scheduling and select the event type.
- Click More options at the bottom of the editor.
- Expand Booking page options and edit the slug.
- Click Save changes.
What to watch for:
- Old links stop working and do not redirect. Calendly's link customization help page is clear on this. Update your bio, email signature, website, QR codes and anything printed. To undo it, change the link back to its old text.
- Shared Event Types cannot be customized. They use an automatically generated URL. Calendly suggests creating a Team Event Type instead if you need a custom one.
Share your Calendly link everywhere people ask for a time
Once the link is set, put it where booking requests usually start.
- Text, email or another app: the Calendly mobile app on iOS and Android can copy your link and share it by text, email or any other app.
- QR code: the mobile app can create a QR code that people scan to reach your booking page. Handy for a counter, a flyer or a business card. If you have changed your link, make a fresh code.
- Email signature: add the link so every reply doubles as an invitation to book.
- Your website: use Add to website to embed Calendly on a page.
- While you work: the browser extensions for Chrome, Firefox and Microsoft Edge give you your links without opening Calendly.
Free vs paid Calendly plans
You can make and share a Calendly link on the free plan. The limits show up once you offer more than one service or want to take payment. These are the plans as Calendly's pricing page lists them in October 2026, with prices shown for yearly billing.
| Plan | Price | What it adds |
|---|---|---|
| Free | Always free | One event type, one calendar connection, one-on-one scheduling, customizable booking page, browser extension, unlimited one-on-one meetings |
| Standard | $10 per seat per month, billed yearly | Unlimited event types, up to 6 calendars, automations and reminders, HubSpot and Mailchimp, Stripe and PayPal payments |
| Teams | $16 per seat per month, billed yearly | Round-robin and team scheduling, lead routing |
| Enterprise | Starts at $15k per year, 50 seats minimum | Security and admin features for large companies |
What the free plan leaves out:
- More than one event type, so you cannot list a consultation and a full session side by side.
- Collecting payment at booking through Stripe or PayPal.
- Removing Calendly branding from your booking page.
- Multi-person meeting types.
Seats are only needed for the people hosting meetings. The people booking with you never need a seat.
Put your Calendly link in your Instagram or TikTok bio
Your bio is where most people decide to book, so the link belongs there. Paste your landing page link into your profile's website or link field. Our guides cover the exact steps for adding a link to your Instagram bio and adding a link to your TikTok bio.
A few habits that help:
- Use the landing page link if you offer more than one service, so people pick what they need.
- Say what the link is for in the bio text, such as "Book a consult below."
- If Calendly is one of several things you want people to find (a portfolio, a price list, a shop), use a link in bio page instead of choosing just one.

Let people book on your Olaa page
Olaa is a link in bio tool: one short link, olaa.im/yourname, that opens a page with everything you want people to find. On the free plan you can add your Calendly link and the booking opens right on the page, so someone tapping your bio can pick a time without being sent off somewhere else. The same page can hold unlimited links, social icons, website previews and Google Forms that also open on the page, and the free plan includes a QR code and 7 days of analytics.
If you also sell, Olaa Pro ($8 a month or $72 a year) adds products from Stripe, Etsy, Shopify or Gumroad, with checkout in your own shop and no cut taken by Olaa, plus a contact form and up to 10 pages. Setup takes a few minutes and needs no code. See how studios use it on Olaa for studios.
FAQ
How do I make a Calendly link?
Sign up for Calendly and you get a booking page with a link. Copy it from Scheduling by selecting the three dots in the top-right corner and choosing Copy link. To make it shorter or more personal, go to Settings, then My link, and click Save Changes.
Is a Calendly link free?
Yes. The free plan includes one event type, one calendar connection and a customizable booking page, with unlimited one-on-one meetings. You need Standard or higher for more event types or payments at booking, and the free plan does not remove Calendly branding.
What happens to my old link if I change it?
It stops working, and Calendly does not redirect it to the new one. Update your bio, signature, website and any QR codes or printed materials. You can restore the old link by changing it back to its previous text.
Can I send a Calendly link that only works once?
Yes. On the event type card under Scheduling, choose Create single-use link. The link expires after it is booked, which suits a one-off invite to a specific person.
Do people need a Calendly seat to book with me?
No. Calendly says seats are only for the people who connect calendars and host meetings. Anyone booking through your link just picks a time.
Can I make a QR code for my Calendly link?
Yes. The Calendly mobile app on iOS and Android can create a QR code that people scan to reach your booking page. If you change your link later, the old code will stop working, so make a new one.
